Well, the Foutch is heartbroken!!
Horrid week. First, I had a flea –
tiny livestock iz a bitch!
My ladymum person put this gunk on my shoulders – Frontline.
What sort of name is that? Stupid name. UGH. She does
that once a month and then I don’t have tiny livestock trying
to declare squatter’s rights.
Only, the stuff bothers me!!!
So I lick it.
OOOooooo! UGH…UCK…pUKE…GAG…RETCH…
FOAM-AT-THE-MOUTH!!!
So Ladymum person decided to take a sock, cut the toes out
and cut arms and stick me in a “sweater vest” so I cannot
lick my shoulders. (I WANNA LICK MY SHOULDERS!!!)
They’re MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE!!!
Sometimes, people are really a trial…I wonder why I bother
keeping them….sigh
Foutch iz busy reviewing books as usual and so HAPPY
(Iz doing happy dance!!) that my fav author Robin D. Owens
has another Fam book coming out 5th July 2005.
fourth in the Heart series of Celta. She always has kittyFams
as the stars — well yeah, there are people, you HAVE to have
people, who would feed us and brush us and tell us how cute
we are??? — but the real stars are the FamKitties. These
are smart kitties that think with telepathy and often talk.
I use telepathy. How do you think I get fed all the time?
I can talk too, but why should I when telepathy is so much
easier?
Kitty Rule #1 – never let a human know you talk.
They will want you to keep doing it.
Anyways, Robin’s book is coming out and I am SO excited. I
figured THIS TIME surely Ms. Owens, writer extraordinaire,
(my new word of the week) would make LA Foutch her FamKitty!
I mean I am so SO CUTE!!!

I’m Foutchie!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have my own email, my own blog (another stupid people word)
and you can even get stuff like cups and mousepads with my pics at
Café Press.
I iz a superstar!!!!
So, I just knew I would be a FamKitty in this book.
I was Stunt cat in Mr. SHoefield’s book. Why wouldn’t
such a smart lady person like the brilliant?

Well Sadly, Ms. Owens has overlooked that Foutch is the
purrrrrrrrfect FamKitty.
This is me crying, Miz Owens because I iz not a FamKitty!!!
So I get this FAM-mail in my inbox.
I thank her for the saucer ride. Foutch has wanted her own
pod since reading Heart Thief. ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM. Man
every cat needs a saucer!!! Yoda eat your HEART out!!
Heart? Did the utterly brilliant Foutch just make a PUN?
Do your Famkitties make puns as utterly brilliant, Robin?
I doubt it!!
She also has another book out on the same day. This
doesn’t have a kittyFam but does have a talking Angelcat
Borrrrrissssssssss.

This is Robin D. Owens and I wanted to tell You before You heard
otherwise that You are not featured in the upcoming Heart Choice as
FamCat either. I am deeply distressed that this may upset You, but I am
not as Imaginative as a true Cat and I can only talk about Cats I
actually know, and since your mum will not part with You for any amount,
I am deprived of Your unique wonderfulness. The FamCat in Heart Choice (Drina)
is a "Queen of the Universe" snotty type. Very particular. I am sure
that You are more like Samba in Heart Thief and wish, You too, had a
flying saucer.
I can only hope that some of the FamCats reflect aspects of You.
My deepest apologies for not writing specifically about You. As a token of my
extreme esteem, please accept this photo I call "Foutchie Flies!"
(also enclosed is a photo of Samba on her saucer).
